By purchasing from Niche Chaos LLC, paying an invoice, approving a proposal, booking a service, downloading a digital product, starting a project, or using our services, you agree to this Refund and Cancellation Policy.
This policy should be read together with our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, proposals, invoices, checkout terms, and any written service agreement. If a separate written agreement signed or approved by both parties contains refund or cancellation terms that conflict with this policy, the separate written agreement will control for that specific project or service.

2. General Refund Policy
Unless otherwise stated in writing, all payments made to Niche Chaos LLC are non-refundable once work has started, time has been reserved, digital access has been provided, files have been delivered, consulting has been performed, strategy has been created, or services have begun.
This includes payments for:

Because our services involve time, creative work, strategy, planning, project scheduling, digital labor, research, communication, and business resources, payments are not refundable simply because a client changes their mind, delays the project, no longer needs the service, disagrees with a creative direction after approval, fails to provide required materials, or decides not to use completed work.
3. Deposits
Deposits are generally required to reserve project time, begin onboarding, schedule work, start planning, conduct research, prepare strategy, and allocate resources.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, deposits are non-refundable.
Deposits may cover, but are not limited to:
- Project scheduling
- Client onboarding
- Initial planning
- Strategy development
- Research
- Administrative setup
- Internal preparation
- Creative direction
- Communication time
- Initial design or development work
- Opportunity cost from reserving availability
If you cancel a project after paying a deposit, the deposit will not be refunded unless Niche Chaos LLC agrees otherwise in writing.
4. Project Start and Payment Activation
A project may be considered started once any of the following occurs:
- A deposit or payment is made
- A proposal is approved
- An invoice is paid
- A project intake form is submitted
- A discovery call or strategy call is completed
- Project planning begins
- Research begins
- Design work begins
- Development work begins
- SEO work begins
- Content work begins
- Lead generation work begins
- Access to tools, files, or platforms is provided
- Digital files, templates, or resources are delivered
- Work time is reserved on our schedule
Once a project has started, payments are generally non-refundable.
5. Website Design and Development Refunds
Payments for website design, website development, website redesigns, landing pages, website updates, and related services are non-refundable once work has started.
Website work may include research, planning, wireframing, page structure, design concepts, layout creation, copy placement, plugin configuration, theme setup, mobile optimization, form setup, revisions, testing, SEO setup, integrations, client communication, and launch preparation.
Because website work is custom and time-based, refunds are not provided for:
- Approved design direction
- Completed pages
- Partial work already performed
- Client delays
- Client change of mind
- Business closure or change in direction
- Failure to provide content or access
- Failure to respond to project communication
- Third-party hosting, domain, plugin, or platform issues
- Client dissatisfaction caused by requests outside the agreed scope
- Client refusal to launch completed or substantially completed work
If Niche Chaos LLC agrees to cancel a website project before completion, any refund, credit, or partial adjustment will be determined at our discretion based on work completed, time spent, expenses incurred, project stage, and administrative costs.
6. SEO Service Refunds
SEO payments are non-refundable once SEO work has started.
SEO services may include keyword research, technical review, on-page optimization, metadata updates, content recommendations, internal linking guidance, Google Search Console setup, analytics review, page structure recommendations, performance checks, reporting, or strategy development.
Niche Chaos LLC does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, indexing speed, leads, revenue, or search engine results.
Refunds are not provided because a website does not rank by a specific date, a keyword does not reach a specific position, traffic does not increase by a specific amount, a search engine changes its algorithm, a competitor outranks you, or SEO results take longer than expected.
7. Lead Generation Service Refunds
Payments for lead generation strategy, lead funnels, landing pages, forms, messaging, calls-to-action, tracking setup, lead capture recommendations, or campaign support are non-refundable once work has started.
Niche Chaos LLC does not guarantee a specific number of leads, sales, bookings, quote requests, calls, messages, customers, or revenue.
Lead generation performance may depend on factors outside our control, including your offer, pricing, industry, competition, market demand, follow-up speed, sales process, reputation, advertising budget, location, and client-side operations.
Refunds are not provided because a campaign does not generate a specific number of leads, a lead does not convert into a sale, a client fails to follow up with leads, advertising costs increase, the market changes, or a platform changes its policies.
8. Social Media and Content Service Refunds
Payments for social media support, content strategy, graphics, captions, campaign ideas, video concepts, content calendars, profile recommendations, and related services are non-refundable once work has started.
Niche Chaos LLC does not guarantee follower growth, viral content, reach, views, comments, shares, engagement, leads, sales, monetization, or platform approval.
Refunds are not provided because social media content does not go viral, a platform limits reach, a post receives low engagement, an account experiences restrictions, the client changes their content direction, or the client does not publish or use delivered content.
9. Consulting and Strategy Session Refunds
Payments for consulting calls, strategy sessions, audits, reviews, planning sessions, discovery sessions, or advisory services are non-refundable once the session has been scheduled or completed, unless otherwise stated in writing.
If you need to reschedule a session, you must provide notice at least twenty-four hours before the scheduled time.
If you miss a scheduled session, arrive late, fail to provide required information, or cancel with less than twenty-four hours’ notice, the session may be considered completed and non-refundable.
Niche Chaos LLC may allow one reschedule at our discretion, depending on availability and the circumstances.
10. Digital Product Refunds
Digital products, templates, downloads, documents, guides, graphics, resources, scripts, files, and similar items are generally non-refundable once purchased, accessed, downloaded, delivered, or emailed.
Because digital products cannot be physically returned and can be copied or used immediately, refunds are not provided for digital products unless required by law or unless Niche Chaos LLC determines that a technical issue prevented access and could not be resolved.
Refunds are not provided for:
- Accidental purchases
- Change of mind
- Failure to read the product description
- Lack of software required to use the product
- Incompatibility with a client’s tools unless compatibility was expressly promised
- Client inability to customize the product
- Client decision not to use the product
- Duplicate downloads caused by user error

11. Monthly Retainers and Subscription Services
Monthly retainers, monthly service plans, maintenance plans, SEO plans, content plans, lead generation plans, and subscription services are billed according to the terms shown on the invoice, checkout page, proposal, or written agreement.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, monthly payments are non-refundable once the billing period begins.
Monthly plans may include ongoing availability, planning, support, reporting, content work, optimization, communication, updates, strategy, or reserved service capacity. Because time and capacity are reserved for the client, unused hours, unused services, unused deliverables, or unused support generally do not roll over and are not refunded.
Services may be paused or suspended if payment fails, is late, is disputed, or is reversed.
12. Monthly Cancellation Policy
Unless otherwise stated in writing, monthly services must be canceled by sending written notice to info@nichechaos.net at least thirty days before the next billing date.
Your cancellation request should include:
- Your full name
- Business name
- Email address associated with the account or invoice
- Service or plan you want to cancel
- Requested cancellation date
Cancellation requests are not considered received until Niche Chaos LLC confirms receipt in writing.
If cancellation notice is received less than thirty days before the next billing date, the next scheduled payment may still be due and the cancellation may apply to the following billing cycle.
Canceling a monthly service does not erase unpaid invoices, outstanding balances, completed work charges, chargeback fees, third-party fees, or payment obligations incurred before cancellation.
13. Automatic Billing and Recurring Payments
If you enroll in a recurring payment plan, subscription, monthly retainer, or automatic billing arrangement, you authorize Niche Chaos LLC or our third-party payment processor to charge your payment method according to the agreed billing schedule.
You are responsible for keeping payment information current and ensuring that payments are successfully processed.
If a recurring payment fails, we may attempt to process the payment again, contact you for updated payment information, pause services, suspend deliverables, or terminate the service.
Cancellation of automatic billing must be requested according to the cancellation terms in this policy or the applicable written agreement.
14. Setup Fees
Setup fees are generally non-refundable.
Setup fees may cover onboarding, account creation, system setup, technical configuration, platform review, planning, tool setup, project preparation, access testing, analytics setup, form setup, tracking setup, or internal workflow setup.
Setup fees are not refunded if the client cancels, changes direction, delays, fails to provide access, or chooses not to continue after setup begins.
15. Rush Fees and Emergency Work
Rush fees, priority fees, emergency support fees, expedited delivery fees, and after-hours work fees are non-refundable.
These fees compensate Niche Chaos LLC for adjusting schedules, prioritizing work, responding outside normal timelines, or allocating extra resources.
Payment of a rush fee does not guarantee a specific outcome unless expressly stated in writing.
16. Third-Party Costs and Non-Refundable Expenses
Clients are responsible for third-party costs unless otherwise stated in writing.
Third-party costs may include:
- Domain names
- Website hosting
- Email hosting
- Premium plugins
- Premium themes
- Stock photos
- Fonts
- Software subscriptions
- Ad spend
- Payment processor fees
- Automation tools
- CRM tools
- Email marketing tools
- Scheduling tools
- Licensing fees
- Platform fees
Third-party costs are non-refundable once purchased, charged, activated, licensed, registered, or used.
Niche Chaos LLC is not responsible for refund decisions made by third-party providers.
17. Client Delays
Clients are responsible for providing required content, feedback, approvals, access, credentials, files, images, brand assets, business information, and other materials in a timely manner.
If a project is delayed because the client does not provide required materials, does not respond, delays approvals, changes direction, or becomes unavailable, payments remain due and are not refunded.
Niche Chaos LLC may pause the project until required materials are received.
If a project remains inactive due to client delay for more than thirty days, Niche Chaos LLC may treat the project as paused, abandoned, or canceled at our discretion. Restarting the project may require a restart fee, updated quote, revised timeline, or new agreement.
18. Project Abandonment
A project may be considered abandoned if the client fails to respond, provide materials, provide approvals, make required payments, or communicate for more than thirty days after a request from Niche Chaos LLC.
If a project is considered abandoned, Niche Chaos LLC may close the project, retain amounts already paid, invoice for work completed, remove the project from the active schedule, and require additional payment to restart work.
Payments for abandoned projects are non-refundable.
19. Scope Changes and Change of Direction
Refunds are not provided because a client changes their mind, changes their business direction, requests a new style, changes brand identity, changes services, changes offers, changes platforms, or decides they want a different project after work has started.
Requests outside the original scope may require a new quote, change order, additional payment, or revised timeline.
Examples of scope changes may include:
- Additional pages
- New design direction
- New functionality
- New integrations
- New forms
- New landing pages
- Extra revisions
- Additional SEO work
- Extra content
- Platform migration
- Custom coding
- New branding work
- Additional meetings
- Third-party troubleshooting
Niche Chaos LLC is not required to perform out-of-scope work unless both parties agree in writing.
20. Revisions and Refunds
Some services may include a specific number of revisions if stated in the package, proposal, invoice, or written agreement.
A revision is a reasonable adjustment to work already created. A revision is not a complete change in direction, new concept, new scope, new page, new feature, new service, or new project.
Refunds are not provided because the client uses all included revisions, requests changes outside the included revision scope, or decides not to approve work after reasonable revisions have been provided.
Additional revisions may require additional fees.
21. Completed Work
Completed work is non-refundable.
Work may be considered completed when deliverables are provided, files are delivered, pages are built, recommendations are sent, strategy is delivered, content is created, consulting is performed, updates are made, reports are delivered, or services for the billing period have been performed.
A client’s decision not to publish, launch, use, approve, or implement completed work does not make the work refundable.
22. Partial Refunds or Credits
Niche Chaos LLC may, at its discretion, offer a partial refund, service credit, account credit, project credit, replacement service, or alternative resolution.
Offering a credit, partial refund, or alternative resolution in one situation does not require Niche Chaos LLC to offer the same resolution in any other situation.
Any approved credit may be subject to expiration, service limitations, and written conditions.
23. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, you must contact Niche Chaos LLC in writing at info@nichechaos.net.
Your request should include:
- Your full name
- Business name
- Email address associated with the purchase
- Invoice number or order number if available
- Date of purchase
- Service or product purchased
- Reason for the refund request
- Any supporting details or documentation
We may request additional information before reviewing your request.
Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval.
24. Refund Review Timeline
Niche Chaos LLC will make reasonable efforts to review refund requests within ten business days after receiving all required information.
More complex requests may take longer, especially if they involve project history, completed work, third-party expenses, payment disputes, chargebacks, or client communication records.
If a refund is approved, processing time may depend on the payment processor, bank, card issuer, or platform used for the original payment.
25. Approved Refund Method
If Niche Chaos LLC approves a refund, the refund will generally be issued to the original payment method when possible.
If the original payment method is unavailable, expired, closed, or unsupported, we may offer another refund method at our discretion.
Payment processor fees, chargeback fees, transaction fees, currency conversion fees, platform fees, and third-party fees may be deducted from any approved refund where permitted by law.
26. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
You agree to contact Niche Chaos LLC at info@nichechaos.net before filing a chargeback or payment dispute.
If you file a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us, we may suspend services, pause deliverables, terminate access, stop ongoing work, and dispute the chargeback.
Niche Chaos LLC reserves the right to provide evidence to the payment processor, including invoices, proposals, contracts, communications, project records, access logs, digital delivery records, screenshots, service history, and completed work.
If a chargeback is filed for work already performed, time reserved, digital products delivered, or services provided, you remain responsible for any unpaid amounts, chargeback fees, processor fees, collection costs, and legal fees where permitted by law.
27. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, is declined, reversed, disputed, or not received, Niche Chaos LLC may pause or suspend services immediately.
We may require updated payment information, full payment, late fees where permitted, or a new payment arrangement before continuing work.
Niche Chaos LLC is not responsible for delays, missed deadlines, service interruptions, or launch delays caused by failed or late payments.
28. Late Payments
Invoices are due according to the payment terms listed on the invoice, proposal, checkout page, or written agreement.
If payment is late, Niche Chaos LLC may pause work, delay launch, suspend services, withhold deliverables, restrict access to project files, remove unpaid features or services, require full payment before continuing, terminate the project, or pursue collection where permitted by law.
Late payments do not create a refund right.
29. Promotions, Discounts, and Special Offers
Promotional pricing, discounts, limited-time offers, bundled services, coupons, or special offers are subject to the terms stated at the time of purchase.
Discounted services are not refundable based on the standard price, future promotions, expired offers, or price changes.
Promotions cannot be applied retroactively unless Niche Chaos LLC agrees in writing.
30. Package Downgrades and Upgrades
If you upgrade to a higher service package, additional payment may be required before upgraded services begin.
If you request to downgrade a package after work has started, Niche Chaos LLC may approve or deny the downgrade at our discretion.
Downgrades do not automatically create a refund, credit, or reduction for work already performed, time reserved, strategy completed, or services already included in the original package.
31. No Refunds for Results-Based Expectations
Niche Chaos LLC provides services designed to improve digital presence, strategy, design, visibility, content, lead capture, and marketing systems. We do not sell guaranteed outcomes.
Refunds are not provided because a client expected or hoped for a specific amount of revenue, profit, leads, traffic, followers, engagement, search rankings, conversions, sales, or return on investment.
Business results depend on many factors outside our control.
32. No Refunds for Third-Party Platform Decisions
Niche Chaos LLC is not responsible for decisions made by third-party platforms, search engines, social media platforms, advertising platforms, hosting providers, payment processors, plugin developers, theme providers, domain registrars, or software companies.
Refunds are not provided because of:
- Ad disapprovals
- Account restrictions
- Platform bans
- Search engine ranking changes
- Algorithm updates
- Hosting downtime
- Plugin conflicts
- Domain issues
- Payment processor holds
- Social media reach limits
- Email deliverability issues
- Third-party price increases
- Third-party policy changes
33. Client Approval and Final Review
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving work before launch, publication, delivery, or implementation.
Approval may be given through email, message, form submission, payment, meeting confirmation, written approval, or other communication.
Once work is approved, published, launched, delivered, or implemented, refunds are not provided for errors, preferences, revisions, or changes that could have been requested during review.
Niche Chaos LLC may correct clear errors at our discretion, but correction requests do not create a refund right.
34. Legal, Compliance, and Client Content Issues
Clients are responsible for ensuring that their business information, claims, content, pricing, offers, testimonials, disclaimers, legal policies, and industry-specific compliance requirements are accurate and lawful.
Niche Chaos LLC does not provide legal, tax, accounting, medical, financial, insurance, or regulatory advice.
Refunds are not provided because a client later discovers that their content, offer, industry, platform, claim, service, or business requires legal review, compliance updates, disclaimers, licenses, or additional changes.
35. Termination by Niche Chaos LLC
Niche Chaos LLC may terminate or suspend services if a client fails to pay, violates our Terms and Conditions, behaves abusively or unprofessionally, submits unlawful or harmful content, refuses to cooperate, creates unreasonable risk, files improper disputes, or makes the project impractical to continue.
If services are terminated for client breach, misconduct, nonpayment, lack of cooperation, or violation of our policies, payments already made are generally non-refundable and unpaid amounts remain due.
36. Termination by Client
You may request to terminate a project or service by contacting us in writing at info@nichechaos.net.
Termination by the client does not automatically create a refund.
If you terminate after work has started, you remain responsible for work performed, time reserved, third-party expenses, administrative work, planning, strategy, design, development, communication, meetings, revisions, and deliverables completed up to the termination date.
37. Service Credits
In some situations, Niche Chaos LLC may offer a service credit instead of a refund.
Service credits may be used only for services approved by Niche Chaos LLC and may not be transferred, sold, exchanged for cash, or applied to third-party costs unless we agree in writing.
Service credits may expire if not used within the timeframe stated when the credit is issued.
