This Service Agreement and Client Terms page explains the rules, expectations, responsibilities, payment terms, project process, deliverables, revisions, ownership terms, cancellation rules, and client obligations that apply when you hire Niche Chaos LLC for services.

These Client Terms apply to website design, website development, website redesigns, landing pages, SEO services, social media services, lead generation services, digital marketing, content strategy, consulting, brand support, monthly service packages, digital products, templates, custom projects, and related online services provided by Niche Chaos LLC.

By approving a proposal, paying an invoice, booking a service, submitting project materials, signing a written agreement, purchasing a package, or otherwise working with Niche Chaos LLC, you agree to these Service Agreement and Client Terms.

These Client Terms should be read together with our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, proposals, invoices, checkout terms, and any written agreement. If a separate written agreement signed or approved by both parties conflicts with these Client Terms, the separate written agreement will control only for that specific conflicting term and only for that specific project or service.

In these Client Terms, “Niche Chaos,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Niche Chaos LLC. “Client,” “you,” “your,” “customer,” and “user” refer to the person, business, organization, or entity purchasing or receiving services from Niche Chaos LLC.

2. Scope of Services

The specific services we provide to you will be described in a proposal, invoice, checkout page, service package, email confirmation, written agreement, statement of work, or project description.

Services may include, but are not limited to:

  • Website design
  • Website development
  • Website redesigns
  • Landing page creation
  • Website updates
  • Website maintenance
  • SEO setup and optimization
  • Keyword research
  • Technical SEO review
  • Content strategy
  • Social media content support
  • Lead generation strategy
  • Lead capture setup
  • Sales funnel planning
  • Digital marketing consulting
  • Brand messaging support
  • Graphic or digital asset creation
  • Analytics setup or reporting
  • Digital templates or downloadable products
  • Monthly service packages
  • Custom project work

Only the services specifically listed in your approved proposal, invoice, package, or written agreement are included. Any service not listed is considered outside the project scope and may require additional fees.

3. Project Approval

A project may be considered approved when you take one or more of the following actions:

  • Approve a proposal
  • Pay an invoice
  • Make a deposit
  • Submit an intake form
  • Approve a quote by email or message
  • Book a paid service
  • Provide project access or materials
  • Sign a written agreement
  • Confirm in writing that work should begin

Once a project is approved, Niche Chaos LLC may begin scheduling, planning, research, design, development, strategy, communication, and other project-related work.

4. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information needed for Niche Chaos LLC to perform services.

You may be responsible for providing:

  • Business name and contact information
  • Brand information
  • Business goals
  • Service or product descriptions
  • Logo files
  • Brand colors and fonts
  • Images, videos, and graphics
  • Website copy or written content
  • Testimonials or reviews
  • Legal disclaimers required for your business
  • Website hosting access
  • Domain registrar access
  • WordPress, Elementor, Shopify, Wix, or platform access
  • Email platform access
  • Payment processor access
  • Social media access
  • Analytics or tracking access
  • CRM or booking tool access
  • Feedback and approvals
  • Any other materials or access needed for the project

You agree that delays in providing materials, feedback, approvals, payments, or access may delay the project timeline and may result in additional fees, revised deadlines, project pause, or project cancellation.

5. Accuracy of Client Information

You are responsible for making sure all information you provide to Niche Chaos LLC is accurate, lawful, complete, and properly authorized for use.

This includes business claims, service descriptions, pricing, testimonials, customer reviews, product claims, health claims, financial claims, legal disclaimers, images, logos, videos, copy, customer information, and any other materials you provide.

Niche Chaos LLC is not responsible for false, misleading, incomplete, illegal, infringing, or non-compliant information provided by the client.

6. Legal and Compliance Responsibility

Niche Chaos LLC does not provide legal, tax, financial, accounting, medical, insurance, investment, or regulatory advice.

You are responsible for ensuring that your website, marketing, content, offers, testimonials, claims, privacy notices, refund terms, disclaimers, and business practices comply with all laws and regulations that apply to your business.

If your business operates in a regulated industry, including healthcare, finance, legal services, real estate, insurance, supplements, education, employment, children’s products, alcohol, cannabis, gambling, or any other regulated field, you are responsible for obtaining review from qualified legal or compliance professionals before content is published or campaigns are launched.

7. Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates unless a specific deadline is clearly stated in a written agreement signed or approved by both parties.

Estimated timelines may change based on:

  • Client response time
  • Client feedback delays
  • Missing content
  • Missing login access
  • Late payments
  • Scope changes
  • Additional revision requests
  • Third-party tool issues
  • Hosting or domain issues
  • Plugin, theme, or platform issues
  • Technical issues
  • Unexpected project complexity
  • Illness, emergencies, or events beyond our control

Niche Chaos LLC is not responsible for missed deadlines caused by client delays, third-party issues, platform problems, payment delays, or changes to the original scope.

8. Project Communication

Project communication may take place through email, phone, text, video call, project management tools, invoice platforms, social media messages, or other agreed communication methods.

Clients are expected to respond to project-related requests, questions, approvals, and feedback within a reasonable time.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, normal response times may vary based on workload, availability, business hours, project complexity, and service package.

Repeated failure to respond may result in project delay, project pause, revised timeline, restart fee, or project cancellation.

9. Business Hours

Unless otherwise stated in writing, Niche Chaos LLC operates during normal business hours based on Arizona time.

Messages sent outside business hours, on weekends, on holidays, or during unavailable periods may be answered on the next reasonable business day.

Rush work, emergency work, weekend work, after-hours work, or expedited support may require additional fees and must be approved by Niche Chaos LLC.

10. Payments

Payment terms will be stated on the invoice, proposal, checkout page, package description, or written agreement.

Payment terms may include:

  • One-time payment
  • Deposit plus final payment
  • Milestone payments
  • Monthly retainer
  • Subscription payment
  • Hourly billing
  • Custom payment plan
  • Recurring automatic billing

All payments must be made in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated in writing.

By submitting payment information, you authorize Niche Chaos LLC or our third-party payment processor to charge the applicable amount.

11. Deposits

Deposits are generally required before custom project work begins.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, deposits are non-refundable because they reserve project time and cover onboarding, planning, research, strategy, scheduling, communication, administrative setup, and initial production.

A project is not considered active until required payments, materials, and access are received.

12. Final Payments

Final payment may be required before final files are delivered, website access is transferred, a website is launched, a project is published, or final deliverables are released.

Niche Chaos LLC may withhold final deliverables, project files, launch support, transfer assistance, access, or publication until all outstanding balances are paid in full.

13. Monthly Retainers and Ongoing Services

Monthly retainers, subscriptions, SEO plans, content plans, lead generation plans, website maintenance plans, and ongoing service packages are billed according to the terms shown on the invoice, proposal, checkout page, or written agreement.

Monthly services may include defined deliverables, reserved availability, support, reporting, optimization, communication, or strategy work.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, unused monthly services, hours, revisions, deliverables, or support do not roll over to future months and are not refundable.

Services may be paused or suspended if payment is late, declined, disputed, reversed, or not received.

14. Late Payments

Invoices are due according to the payment terms stated on the invoice, proposal, checkout page, or written agreement.

If payment is late, Niche Chaos LLC may:

  • Pause work
  • Delay launch
  • Suspend services
  • Withhold deliverables
  • Restrict access to files
  • Remove unpaid features or services
  • Charge late fees where permitted by law
  • Require full payment before continuing
  • Terminate the project or service
  • Pursue collection where permitted by law

You are responsible for unpaid balances, payment processor fees, chargeback fees, collection costs, and reasonable attorney fees where permitted by law.

15. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

You agree to contact Niche Chaos LLC at info@nichechaos.net before filing a chargeback or payment dispute.

If you file a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us, Niche Chaos LLC may immediately suspend services, pause deliverables, restrict access, stop ongoing work, and dispute the chargeback.

Niche Chaos LLC may provide evidence to payment processors, including invoices, proposals, project records, emails, messages, signed agreements, digital delivery records, screenshots, access logs, work history, and completed deliverables.

If a chargeback is filed for work already performed, time reserved, digital products delivered, or services provided, you remain responsible for unpaid amounts, chargeback fees, processor fees, collection costs, and attorney fees where permitted by law.

16. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy, the applicable proposal, invoice, checkout terms, or written agreement.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, payments for completed work, custom services, deposits, setup fees, strategy sessions, consulting, monthly retainers, digital products, templates, downloads, and work already started are non-refundable.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@nichechaos.net.

Canceling a project does not remove responsibility for unpaid balances, work already completed, time reserved, third-party expenses, or payment obligations incurred before cancellation.

17. Scope of Work

The scope of work includes only the services, deliverables, pages, features, revisions, meetings, and support specifically listed in the approved proposal, invoice, package, checkout page, or written agreement.

Any request not included in the original scope may require additional fees, a change order, a new quote, or a revised timeline.

Examples of out-of-scope requests include:

  • New functionality
  • New integrations
  • New landing pages
  • Extra SEO work
  • Extra content
  • Additional social media assets
  • Custom coding
  • Platform migration
  • Additional meetings
  • Rush delivery
  • Advanced automation
  • CRM setup not included in the package
  • Payment processor troubleshooting
  • Third-party plugin conflicts
  • Hosting or domain troubleshooting
  • Legal policy writing unless specifically included

18. Change Orders

If you request work outside the agreed scope, Niche Chaos LLC may issue a change order, additional invoice, revised proposal, or updated project timeline.

Niche Chaos LLC is not required to perform out-of-scope work unless both parties agree in writing and any required additional payment is made.

Change orders may affect project deadlines, launch dates, deliverables, and pricing.

19. Revisions

Some services may include a specific number of revisions if stated in the proposal, invoice, package, or written agreement.

A revision is a reasonable adjustment to work already created. A revision is not a complete change in direction, a new concept, a new page, a new service, a new feature, a new design system, or a new project.

Additional revisions may require additional fees.

If no revision limit is stated, revisions are provided at the discretion of Niche Chaos LLC and must remain reasonable in scope.

20. Client Approval

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving work before launch, publication, delivery, or implementation.

Approval may be given through email, text, message, meeting confirmation, payment, written statement, form submission, or other communication method.

Once work is approved, launched, published, delivered, or implemented, additional changes may require additional fees.

Niche Chaos LLC is not responsible for errors, omissions, spelling issues, inaccurate claims, outdated information, or legal compliance issues that the client approved or failed to identify during review.

21. Website Projects

Website projects may include design, development, layout, copy placement, mobile responsiveness, basic SEO setup, forms, plugins, integrations, testing, and launch support, depending on the approved scope.

Unless specifically included in writing, website projects do not include:

  • Ongoing maintenance
  • Hosting fees
  • Domain registration
  • Email hosting
  • Premium plugins
  • Premium themes
  • Ongoing backups
  • Ongoing security monitoring
  • Ongoing SEO
  • Ongoing content creation
  • Copywriting
  • Professional photography
  • Logo design
  • Legal policy drafting
  • Advanced custom coding
  • Third-party platform troubleshooting

Website launch may depend on client approval, hosting access, domain access, plugin compatibility, third-party tools, DNS settings, payment completion, and platform conditions.

22. SEO Services

SEO services may include keyword research, metadata, on-page optimization, content recommendations, internal linking recommendations, technical review, Google Search Console setup, analytics review, reporting, or related strategy.

Niche Chaos LLC does not guarantee first-page rankings, specific keyword positions, traffic increases, indexing speed, Google approval, search visibility, revenue, or lead volume.

Search engines control their own algorithms, indexing decisions, ranking factors, display results, and updates.

SEO is a long-term strategy and results may take time.

23. Lead Generation Services

Lead generation services may include strategy, landing pages, forms, funnels, calls-to-action, tracking setup, messaging, content assets, campaign support, or recommendations.

Niche Chaos LLC does not guarantee a specific number of leads, sales, bookings, quote requests, calls, customers, or revenue.

Lead generation performance depends on many factors outside our control, including your offer, pricing, market demand, industry, location, competition, follow-up speed, sales process, reputation, advertising budget, and platform behavior.

You are responsible for responding to leads, closing sales, fulfilling services, and complying with applicable laws related to contacting prospects.

24. Social Media and Content Services

Social media and content services may include content ideas, captions, graphics, content calendars, campaign concepts, profile recommendations, short-form video ideas, or posting support if included in writing.

Niche Chaos LLC does not guarantee follower growth, viral content, engagement, reach, views, shares, comments, leads, sales, monetization, or platform approval.

Social media platforms control their own algorithms, moderation rules, account access, reach, policies, and content visibility.

You are responsible for approving content before it is published unless you have authorized us in writing to publish on your behalf.

25. Advertising Support

If advertising support is included, it may involve ad strategy, creative direction, landing page support, pixel setup, tracking recommendations, copy suggestions, or campaign review.

Unless stated in writing, advertising support does not include direct ad account management, ongoing campaign monitoring, media buying, ad spend, daily optimization, or guaranteed performance.

You are responsible for ad spend, platform compliance, offer accuracy, customer claims, and final approval of advertisements.

Niche Chaos LLC does not guarantee ad approval, click costs, conversion rates, lead volume, sales, revenue, or return on ad spend.

26. Third-Party Tools and Platforms

Our services may involve third-party tools, software, plugins, themes, hosting providers, domain registrars, payment processors, analytics tools, email platforms, CRM tools, social media platforms, advertising platforms, automation tools, stock asset providers, or other services.

You are responsible for third-party costs unless otherwise stated in writing.

Niche Chaos LLC is not responsible for third-party outages, price increases, policy changes, plugin conflicts, account suspensions, ad disapprovals, hosting problems, domain issues, payment processor holds, software bugs, platform restrictions, search engine updates, social media limitations, or loss of access caused by third-party platforms.

Your use of third-party tools is governed by those providers’ own terms, policies, pricing, and privacy practices.

27. Login Credentials and Access

If you provide Niche Chaos LLC with login credentials or account access, you authorize us to access those systems only as reasonably needed to perform services.

You are responsible for creating secure passwords, limiting permissions where possible, monitoring account access, and removing or changing access after services end.

Niche Chaos LLC is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by weak passwords, shared credentials, compromised accounts, client-side security issues, or third-party breaches.

28. Security and Backups

Niche Chaos LLC may take reasonable care when working with websites, files, accounts, and digital assets. However, no website, platform, plugin, hosting provider, or digital system is completely secure.

Unless specifically included in writing, Niche Chaos LLC is not responsible for ongoing backups, malware removal, security monitoring, plugin updates, theme updates, hosting uptime, or post-launch maintenance.

You are responsible for maintaining backups, security tools, hosting accounts, plugin licenses, and access credentials unless those services are included in an active maintenance plan.

29. AI-Assisted Work

Niche Chaos LLC may use artificial intelligence tools to assist with brainstorming, drafting, editing, design concepts, image concepts, content ideas, research organization, workflow efficiency, and project support.

AI-assisted output may require human review, editing, fact-checking, legal review, and client approval before publication.

You are responsible for reviewing and approving final AI-assisted content before it is used publicly.

Niche Chaos LLC does not guarantee that AI-assisted materials are error-free, unique, copyrightable, legally compliant, or suitable for every use.

30. Stock Assets, Fonts, Plugins, and Licensed Materials

Projects may include third-party assets such as stock photos, icons, fonts, plugins, templates, code snippets, themes, AI-generated assets, or licensed materials.

Third-party assets are governed by their own license terms.

You are responsible for maintaining required licenses, subscriptions, renewals, and legal use rights after project delivery unless otherwise stated in writing.

Niche Chaos LLC does not guarantee that third-party assets may be used for every purpose unless the applicable license specifically allows that use.

31. Intellectual Property Ownership

Unless otherwise stated in writing, Niche Chaos LLC retains ownership of all pre-existing intellectual property, systems, templates, frameworks, methods, processes, internal files, drafts, concepts, source files, strategy documents, code snippets, workflows, and proprietary materials used to create work.

After full payment is received, you may receive a license or ownership rights to final approved deliverables specifically created for you, depending on the written agreement.

You do not own unused concepts, rejected drafts, preliminary ideas, internal notes, raw design files, templates, frameworks, source files, working files, or proprietary methods unless expressly stated in writing.

32. License to Final Deliverables

Once all required payments are made, Niche Chaos LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final approved deliverables for your business purposes, unless your written agreement states that ownership is transferred.

This license does not include the right to resell, redistribute, sublicense, claim authorship of, or use our templates, systems, processes, code, strategy methods, or internal materials as your own service offering.

33. Portfolio Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Niche Chaos LLC may display completed work, screenshots, project descriptions, client names, logos, mockups, testimonials, before-and-after examples, and general project results in our portfolio, website, social media, proposals, case studies, and marketing materials.

If your project is confidential or cannot be displayed publicly, you must notify us in writing before work begins.

34. Testimonials and Reviews

If you provide a testimonial, review, comment, feedback, screenshot, message, or public statement about Niche Chaos LLC, you grant us permission to use it for marketing, portfolio, website, social media, advertising, and promotional purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.

We may edit testimonials for clarity, length, grammar, or formatting, but we will not knowingly change the meaning of your statement.

You agree not to submit false, misleading, defamatory, unlawful, or infringing testimonials or reviews.

35. Confidentiality

During a project, either party may share confidential information.

Confidential information may include business plans, login credentials, pricing, customer lists, marketing strategies, project plans, financial information, unpublished content, proprietary processes, and private communications.

Both parties agree to use reasonable care to protect confidential information and not disclose it to unauthorized parties except as needed to perform services, comply with law, or work with approved service providers.

Confidentiality does not apply to information that is public, independently developed, already known, lawfully received from another source, or required to be disclosed by law.

36. Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

When you provide client data, customer data, lead information, login credentials, website access, analytics, or project materials, you represent that you have the right to provide that information to Niche Chaos LLC for use in connection with the services.

You are responsible for complying with privacy laws that apply to your business, customers, leads, subscribers, or website visitors.

37. Data Breach and Security Incidents

Niche Chaos LLC is based in Arizona. If we determine that a security incident involving personal information requires notice under applicable law, we will respond according to applicable legal requirements.

Arizona data breach rules may require notice to affected individuals after a qualifying breach determination involving certain types of personal information. Depending on the size and nature of the incident, additional notice requirements may apply.

You agree to promptly notify Niche Chaos LLC if you believe any project account, login credential, website, platform, or client system connected to our services has been compromised.

38. Prohibited Projects and Content

Niche Chaos LLC may refuse, suspend, or terminate projects involving illegal, harmful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or high-risk content.

Prohibited projects or content may include:

  • Illegal activity
  • Fraud or scams
  • Deceptive marketing
  • Hate or harassment
  • Exploitation
  • Malware or hacking
  • Counterfeit goods
  • Stolen intellectual property
  • Misleading financial claims
  • Misleading health claims
  • False testimonials or reviews
  • Spam or unauthorized outreach
  • Unlawful adult content
  • Regulated goods without proper compliance
  • Content that violates platform rules

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate any project that we believe may violate law, violate platform rules, harm our business, or create unreasonable risk.

39. No Guaranteed Results

Niche Chaos LLC may help improve your website, branding, SEO structure, online presence, content, messaging, lead capture, and digital marketing strategy.

However, we do not guarantee specific business results, including rankings, traffic, leads, sales, revenue, profit, conversion rates, follower growth, engagement, ad performance, customer acquisition, platform approval, or return on investment.

Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your offer, industry, competition, pricing, market demand, budget, platform algorithms, client follow-up, reputation, business operations, and customer behavior.

40. Client Use of Deliverables

You are responsible for how you use final deliverables, strategies, websites, content, templates, graphics, SEO recommendations, lead generation assets, and marketing materials.

Niche Chaos LLC is not responsible for claims, losses, damages, customer disputes, legal issues, platform penalties, or business outcomes caused by your use, misuse, modification, or publication of deliverables.

41. Maintenance After Delivery

Unless ongoing maintenance is included in your package or active monthly plan, Niche Chaos LLC is not responsible for maintaining, updating, securing, backing up, monitoring, or troubleshooting deliverables after delivery or launch.

Post-launch support, edits, updates, troubleshooting, training, maintenance, or additional improvements may require a separate agreement or additional fees.

42. Training and Handoff

If training or handoff support is included in the project scope, Niche Chaos LLC may provide reasonable instructions, walkthroughs, documentation, or guidance related to the final deliverables.

Additional training, repeated walkthroughs, team training, recorded tutorials, or technical support may require additional fees unless included in writing.

43. Client Delay and Project Pause

If the client delays materials, feedback, approvals, payments, access, or communication, Niche Chaos LLC may pause the project.

A paused project may be removed from the active schedule and restarted based on availability.

Restarting a paused project may require a restart fee, updated quote, revised timeline, or new agreement.

44. Project Abandonment

A project may be considered abandoned if the client fails to respond, provide materials, provide approvals, provide access, or make required payments for more than thirty days after a request from Niche Chaos LLC.

If a project is abandoned, Niche Chaos LLC may close the project, retain amounts already paid, invoice for work completed, remove the project from the active schedule, and require additional payment to restart work.

Payments for abandoned projects are generally non-refundable.

45. Termination by Client

You may request to terminate a project or service by contacting us in writing at info@nichechaos.net.

Termination by the client does not automatically create a refund.

If you terminate after work has started, you remain responsible for payment for work performed, time reserved, third-party expenses, administrative work, planning, strategy, design, development, communication, meetings, revisions, and deliverables completed up to the termination date.

46. Termination by Niche Chaos LLC

Niche Chaos LLC may terminate or suspend services if you fail to pay, violate these Client Terms, violate our Terms and Conditions, behave abusively or unprofessionally, submit unlawful or harmful content, refuse to cooperate, create unreasonable risk, file improper disputes, or make the project impractical to continue.

If services are terminated due to client breach, misconduct, nonpayment, lack of cooperation, or policy violation, payments already made are generally non-refundable and unpaid amounts remain due.

47. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Niche Chaos LLC, its owners, members, managers, employees, contractors, vendors, affiliates, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising out of or related to services, deliverables, projects, digital products, third-party tools, platform issues, or business outcomes.

This includes damages related to lost revenue, lost profits, lost leads, lost traffic, lost rankings, lost data, business interruption, website downtime, platform bans, advertising losses, security incidents, third-party failures, customer disputes, reputational harm, or failure to achieve desired results.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to Niche Chaos LLC for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim during the three months before the claim arose.

48. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services, deliverables, websites, strategies, content, digital products, templates, and materials are provided “as is” and “as available” unless otherwise stated in writing.

Niche Chaos LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, performance, and results.

We do not guarantee that services will be error-free, websites will never experience bugs, third-party tools will continue working, SEO will produce specific rankings, marketing will generate specific sales, platforms will approve content, or all materials will be legally sufficient for your industry.

49. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Niche Chaos LLC, its owners, members, managers, employees, contractors, vendors, affiliates, and representatives from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, expenses, attorney fees, and demands arising out of or related to:

  • Your use of our services or deliverables
  • Your violation of these Client Terms
  • Your violation of our Terms and Conditions
  • Your violation of law
  • Your business operations
  • Your products or services

50. Force Majeure

Niche Chaos LLC is not liable for delays, failures, interruptions, or inability to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, power outages, internet failures, cyberattacks, illness, labor disputes, government actions, platform outages, hosting failures, payment processor outages, war, terrorism, pandemics, supply chain interruptions, acts of God, or other events beyond reasonable control.

These Client Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to Niche Chaos LLC, our services, projects, deliverables, or client relationship will be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

52. Dispute Resolution

If informal resolution fails, any legal action must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Arizona, unless another venue is required by law.
